You get 1 Large Alice Ruck with frame and straps, surplus condition. The Lid may or may not have the waterproofing on it still, the straps are typically USGI but maybe aftermarket. 

These packs are evaluated prior to shipping and are deemed usable and in good condition. The frames and straps are also in good condition but may exhibit paint, discoloration, stains, and signs of wear that dont interfere with use.
